I am a classically trained chef. My grandfather was a classically trained French chef. My uncle use to cater and now I've been passed the cooking torch. I graduated with a Bacholars of Science in Culinary Arts, minored in Food Art with an emphasis in recipe/menu development. All that just means is that I know how to cook and how to write about it. I have been doing this since I was 15 and have loved every minute of it! But it now time to move onto my real passion of spreading my passion and inspiring the next generation of talented cooks with, what I hope to be, inspiring recipes touched with down home southern charm.
