Gordon Hamilton

Gordon writes almost exclusively on food and cooking in modern times, though historically he has written extensively on subjects such as travel and sea fishing. He was the Food and Drink Channel Manager and Editor for the former between 2009 and 2014. He also wrote extensively on private writing projects sourced through the Helium Network, chiefly on travel.

When he is not writing or cooking and experimenting with food, Gordon loves horse racing, procuring wild game, sea fishing - both from the shore and boat - and travelling to new places in pursuit of new experiences. He is particularly passionate about finding new foods and drinks to sample and enjoy.

Gordon is presently back living in his home town of Wishaw, in North Lanarkshire, UK. He has also lived in Edinburgh and in West London.
