Kathryn Worthington

Having been born in, and grown up near, the British brewing capital of Burton-on-Trent, I have since moved to the beautiful city of Oxford.

Coming from a food-obsessed family, I love to cook and try new food. I am not a vegan, but I am fascinated by the creativity of plant-based cooking - especially for recreating classic British dishes.

I also love to travel, and I combine my two passions to create recipes inspired by the food in the countries I have visited.
