On my never-ending quest for the best food, I find myself constantly trying to keep my weight in check. Although I've been able to lose half my body weight, the only way I manage to keep it off is through portion control, limiting my carbs and regular exercise. My recipe hubs will reflect my eating style and you'll find recipes that are Paleo, low carb, Japanese and even carby dishes like pasta, rice and potatoes.
Yep, I'm all over the place when it comes to food, but it's all about control isn't it? :;)
