Salam Amara,

We have grown eggplants in our garden. But honestly speaking, I always try to skip them. You have shared a unique recipe of eggplant. Have you ever eaten bangen with curd? It becomes super delusions in combination with dahi (curd).

Allah bless you too, dear sister. This recipe is really very interesting and different for me. I have always thought we can just make bengan ka bharta (name of a Pakistani dish) or Aloo bengan ( Eggplant with Potatoes) out of bengan (Eggplant)

When I use to make something different with Eggplant I just make fritters. Lol! It means I am bad at cooking. Lol! Thanks for sharing this delicious recipe, dear sister
