Seven Amazing Carrot Juice Recipes
Sweet, Creamy, Healthy Juice
Have you ever tasted a juice so creamy, sweet, and healthy? If you've never had freshly squeezed carrot juice, you are in for a sweet surprise.
I consider this juice to be a perfect base for any vegetable juice recipe due to its sweet yet mellow taste. This juice will mask any green taste of vegetables and add sweetness to the overall taste.
Similar to apple juice, carrot juice pairs well with any type of green leafy vegetable such as lettuce and celery. It even plays well with strong and bitter kale!

Benefits of Juicing Carrots
When was the last time you ate this many carrots? Probably never! Can you imagine all the vitamin A you can obtain through a 12-ounce glass of carrot juice?
Carrots are known for their generous supply of vitamins A, C, and calcium.
As for the myth about turning into an Oompa Loompa with orange skin, that really is just a myth. Vitamin A will help you maintain healthy eyes and skin.
Carrots also have the following nutrients:
- beta-carotene
- folic acid
- chlorine
- magnesium
- sodium
- zinc
My Favorite Carrot Juice Recipes
Let's get right to the recipes that you've waiting for! After all the talk about how beneficial carrots are for your body, I'm sure you're ready to get started.
Hands down, the recipes that follow make the most delicious and refreshing juices you'll ever try.
1. Pure Carrot Juice
Personally, I just love the taste of pure carrot juice. It has a smooth, sweet taste—almost like sipping liquid butter (but good for you!).
Juicing carrots is super simple. Wash the carrots thoroughly and make sure you cut off the tops. The top is usually where all the toxic impediments are hanging out. It is best to buy organic carrots. You can leave the skin on if your carrots are organic. Otherwise, I would suggest peeling the outer skin off.
If this juice is a bit too sweet for you, try combining other fruits and vegetables (see the recipes that follow).
2. Carrot Apple Juice
Adding an apple can boost your health benefits. You know the saying "an apple a day keeps the doctor away?" Well I think an apple and carrot a day should be the new phrase! This recipe is a classic, but the ginger gives it that extra zing.
- 4 carrots
- 2 apples
- 1/2 inch knob of ginger
3. Carrot Pineapple Grapefruit Juice
- 4 carrots
- 1/5 of a pineapple
- 1 grapefruit
4. Carrot Orange Ginger Juice

- 2 oranges
- 1/2 inch knob of ginger
5. Carrot Bell Pepper Parsley Juice

6. Carrot Pear Celery Juice
- 4 carrots

Optional: Substitute celery for stronger-tasting greens such as kale, lettuce, or cabbage.

Spinach has a lot of iron, which is the main component of hemoglobin. Hemoglobin is found in red blood cells and is responsible for carrying oxygen throughout the body.
If you don't have enough iron, that means your body isn't able to produce enough hemoglobin. The result of not getting enough oxygen to muscles is fatigue.
If you want to feel that long-lasting energetic feeling throughout the day, drink this green carrot juice.
