Great Source of Vitamin C

Kiwi is an excellent source of immunity-boosting vitamin C. A single kiwi provides almost 93 mg of this vitamin, which is more than our daily requirement.

Kiwis also contain folate, dietary fibre, and vitamins E, K, and the B complex, in addition to several minerals including copper and potassium.

I love the flavor of kiwis. To me, they are like a somewhat tart strawberry. I will have to remember this drink when going to the grocery store. Right now, we are avoiding it as much as possible. Our younger neighbor has graciously picked up a few items for us. I am wishing you health and safety!

Awesome! Another great idea for the immune system. It is important to keep up with strong immune system as any health problem chooses to attack the weaker immune system.
