The Benefits of Kiwi
Kiwi is an excellent source of immunity-boosting vitamin C. A single kiwi provides almost 93 mg of this vitamin, which is more than our daily requirement. Kiwis also contain folate, dietary fibre, and vitamins E, K, and the B complex, in addition to several minerals, including copper and potassium. This immunity-boosting kiwi milkshake takes just a few minutes to make.

- 2 kiwis, washed and wiped dry
- 200 ml chilled milk
- 1 tbsp honey or mishri (raw sugar)
- Peel the kiwis and chop them into pieces.
- In a blender, add the chopped kiwis, milk, and honey. Blend until well mixed.
- Serve and enjoy.
