Kiwi is an excellent source of immunity-boosting vitamin C. A single kiwi provides almost 93 mg of this vitamin, which is more than our daily requirement.

Kiwis also contain folate, dietary fibre, and vitamins E, K, and the B complex, in addition to several minerals including copper and potassium.

This immunity-boosting kiwi milkshake takes just a few minutes to make.

  • 2 kiwis, washed and wiped dry
  • 200 ml chilled milk
  • 1 tbsp honey or mishri (raw sugar)


  1. Peel the kiwis and chop them into pieces.
  2. In a blender, add the chopped kiwis, milk, and honey. Blend until well mixed.
  3. Serve and enjoy.
