Watermelon is the perfect fruit to beat the summer heat. This cooler is fast and easy to make—and it incorporates the refreshing flavours of lime and rose, as well. You will love it.

Cook Time

Prep time: 15 min
Cook time: 10 min
Ready in: 25 min
Yields: 2 servings

  • 2 cups chilled watermelon, cubed

I love watermelon juice. However, I never thought of putting black pepper powder. The other day I saw watermelons at the store and almost bought it. I guess it's time :) Thanks for sharing the recipe, Rajan.

This sounds so refreshing for a summertime drink. I do not have black salt, but regular salt could probably work.

Rajah, like the cucumber cooler drink, this watermelon juice is also immune complaint. The addion of lemon, black pepper, and salt helps promont immunity. All your recipe seems to promote good health and immunity. Thanks for sharing.
