Minnesota Cooking: Frosted Raisin Toast
I was thinking this morning that a piece of raisin toast would be delightful, but I didn't have a loaf of raisin bread.
But I do have bread, raisins, cinnamon, and—drum roll—cream cheese frosting. Most of these are leftovers from my raspberry pie cake bars from the other day.
Hee, hee, hee... as I chuckle to myself, "why not build it piece by piece?" Is my stomach going to know the difference, and is there anybody looking?
