- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 3 tablespoons milk
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Combine flour, baking powder, and salt in a mixing bowl.
- In a separate bowl, cream sugar and butter.
- Stir in milk and vanilla. Mix well.
- Fold creamed mixture into the dry ingredients. Mix well.
- Spread a little flour over a flat surface and roll or knead dough out to desired thickness.
