As much as I enjoy cooking at home, sometimes I feel tired or am not in the mood. In these situations, however, I'm not willing to skip dinner at home with my family just because I'm feeling lazy. So what do I do?

1. Chicken Biryani
Chicken biryani is one of my all-time favorites. The rice is cooked with exactly the right amount of spices.

This is my husband's favorite. He loves the creamy sauce. Sometimes, he brings this to work for lunch!

The vegetable biryani has perfectly cooked rice with just the right amount of vegetables.

Madras curry is my family's favorite. The curry sauce with tender chicken meatballs is delicious, and the spices are so aromatic when I take this out of the microwave.

These are good options Liza. I haven't tried this particular brand but I have Amy's frozen Indian foods every once in a while. Some are gluten free.
