Hi Liz,

I enjoy eating corned beef hash too! I like it especially when paired with poached eggs and muffin bread. It's absolutely delicious. You can try it again as long as you eat in moderate. I won't recommend you to eat beef most of the time since it may cause you highblood.

I used to eat corned beef as a child. I also remember making corned beef hash. Then health concerns kicked in about the safety of beef; salt and fat content. You have encouraged me to try corned beef again.
