A Simple BBQ Steak Recipe
Everyone loves steak. There are two important factors that determine how well your steak turns out: the cut of beef, which is related to how tender the meat is; and the sauce you use to marinate the meat. Here is a simple recipe for a great-tasting steak that won't break the bank.
How to Make It?
- Beef loin flap meat steak (I got mine from Costco)
- Yoshida sauce
- soy sauce
- cooking oil
- The night before, marinate the beef strips in a deep pot with a generous portion of Yoshida sauce mixed with a few spoonfuls of soy sauce. Store in a cool place.
- After 24 hours, place the meat on a hot BBQ grill or a cooking sheet coated with some oil. Broil at 500 degrees for approximately 10 minutes. Turn over and grill for an additional 8 minutes.
- Remove the meat from the grill or cooking sheet and slice into approximately 1/2-inch slices. Serve hot.
This recipe is so simple, it practically cooks itself. It is economical because the steak costs only $6.69 per pound—which means you can feed a family of six for about $30. Everyone loves the taste and can't stop eating it. Try it and let me know if you agree!
