Baked Haddock With Breadcrumb Topping

I like to prepare this fish meal especially during the busy work week as it literally takes less that 30 minutes to cook. Throw some broccoli in a frying pan with some butter and olive oil, add some fresh pressed garlic and sauté while fish is cooking. Serve aside some brown rice!

Yields: Serves 4 people


  • 1 lb Haddock Fillets
  • 1/2 c Panko Breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 c Parmasean Cheese
  • 2 T Mayonase
  • 3 T Butter, Room Temperature
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 1/2 T Lemon or Lime Juice
  • Dash Salt & Pepper
  • Dash Garlic Powder
  • Dash Old Bay Seasoning

Preheat over to 425. Butter the bottom and side of a glass baking dish.

  1. Pat dry fish with paper towel and set aside.
  2. In a medium bowl, add all other ingredients and stir until combined
  3. Lay fish in baking dish, sprinkle with salt and pepper. Spoon stuffing mixture over fish and bake for 10 minutes.
  4. Change oven to broil and broil for 3 more minutes.
