I am a chef on a luxury world cruise liner. I love to cook and write recipes that are inspired by foods from all over the world.
The aloha burger, also known as a Hawaiian burger, is famous all over the world. What makes this burger special is the addition of sliced pineapple, which offers extra juiciness to the burger. The combination of the savory meat and the sweet pineapple produces a unique culinary experience. Often served with teriyaki sauce, this burger is also complemented by ketchup or mayonnaise.
