OH. MY. GOSH. So magnificent! These gooey potatoes start by finely dicing garlic, shallots, and sweet onions. Thick cut bacon is then cooked and chopped julienne style, with the grease saved, to fry up those veggies. Yes, yes, and yes! Once the veggies caramelize, add flour to make a rue. Bake for an hour, at 375 degrees. That’s sure to be the longest hour of the week!
