Simple 'Chicken Italian Bake Bowls' Are Budget-Friendly and So Good

We love recipes that give us meals for days. There is something so nice about eating a warm, hearty, homemade lunch. TikTok content creator @wine.nutritionist shares her chicken bowl recipe with us, and it looks so much better than the lunches we had planned for the week.

This effortless meal prep is the perfect way to keep our meals portioned controlled. This sensational idea has a lot less salt and preservatives than anything we can get from the freezer or fast food.

In this recipe, she uses 6 glass bowls. In each bowl she adds 3 Tbs. of unsalted chicken broth, 2 Tbs. Jasmin rice, 1/4 tsp minced garlic, and 2 tsp of olive oil. Stir each bowl together and over the rice mixture; add rinsed and drained French style green beans. Over the beans, add 5-6oz of diced chicken breast. Top each bowl with 1 tsp. of dry Italian dressing mix and then grated parmesan cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Remove and add 1 Tbs of shredded cheese and then bake for 10 more minutes. To re-heat, simply microwave and enjoy!
