We've always loved these flavorful wedges. This easy recipe starts with one can of white crab meat. Make sure the meat is drained and dry. Then add 1/2 teaspoon of mayonnaise, 5oz of cheddar cheese spread, 1 softened stick of butter, 1/4 teaspoon of garlic salt, and a 1/4 teaspoon of seasoning salt. Blend together and spread mixture over a package of split English muffins. Then, cut each round into fours and freeze for a minimum of 2 hours. Once they are set they are ready to broil for 3-5 minutes. Or you can bag them up and freeze them to use later. We forgot just how delicious those butter crab pieces taste!
