This effortless meal begins by greasing a Crockpot and placing pieces of seasoned raw chicken on the bottom. On top of the chicken, add in a bag of dry chicken stuffing mix. In a separate bowl, combine the wet mix, a can of cream of chicken soup, sour cream, melted butter, and water. Then, season with salt and pepper. To level this up a bit, add in a few shakes of Herbs De Provence. Ooo-La-La!. Mix well and place it over the dry stuffing mix. Set the Crockpot and forget it on high for 6-8 hours or on low for 4-6. We're not sure we can wait that long!
