Man's Recipe for 'Crockpot Street Corn Dip' Looks So Easy and Delicious

Our favorite time of year is definitely fall. The F stands for food, of course, and the delightful smells and tastes of the season please all of our senses. This absolutely mouthwatering recipe comes to us from TikTok content creator @richardeats, and he gives us an easy way to make a warm corn dipping sensation. Best of all, this recipe goes into the Crockpot, so it's’ perfect to make ahead of time, and you won’t find yourself making a mess right before the guests arrive.

This warm, creamy dip feels like it was was made for fall football games, and it would be great to make ahead and take along for tailgating, too. You'll be everyone’s favorite on game day!

Sign us up! In this easy-to-follow recipe, he takes two cans of drained corn, 16 ounces of cream cheese, 8 ounces of pepper jack cheese, cilantro, a squeeze of lime, tajin seasoning, and a quarter cup of sour cream. It all cooks on low for 2-2.5 hours, then, you sprinkle on Cotija cheese just before serving. Please make this for us right now!

Viewers were happy to see a Crockpot version of this recipe, since the creator initially shared a more conventional method. One TikTok user, @ynotcarrie, asks a great question, saying, “Wonder if shredded chicken mixed in would be good in this?” We think adding chicken might turn this dip into a proper meal, and we're totally on board with trying this idea! Commenter @LauraLairdFrazar said, “I make this weekly now, so thank you!! It is my favorite!!” Every week? We just might have to get on board with that plan.
