Easy Low-Calorie Ice Cream Sandwiches Are the Dessert Upgrade We Need

We all love dessert, and we love it even more when it’s one that we can feel good about! TikTok content creator @genies_life shows us how to make an easy and low-calorie strawberry, ice cream sandwich. Yes, we definitely need to try one or three! This handheld treat is sure to please, and this simple recipe would lend itself well to many different flavors and mix-ins. This is also a great recipe to bring the kids in on to help!

So easy and so good! In the video, we see her blend a thawed container of Cool Whip, berry yogurt, and fresh diced strawberries. Then, she takes halved graham crackers and lays them flat in an 8 inch square pan, spreads the strawberry mixture over the crackers, and places another layer of halved graham cracker squares to cover the top. She recommends freezing for a minimum of 4 hours and then cutting them into individual sandwiches. We're not sure we can wait the 4 hours, but we'll do our best to have patience!
