Easy 'No-Bake Biscoff Cheesecake' Looks Almost Too Good to Eat

We're always in the mood for cheesecake! And we can be easily inspired to make a cheesecake, when it's super simple and it doesn't need the oven. TikTok content creator @catherine.desserts shows us how to make a no-bake Biscoff cheesecake. And it looks positively scrumptious!

Oh, my goodness, these look amazing! We wish we could eat them right now. This easy recipe uses only six ingredients. The crust is simply biscuits and melted butter blended together in a food processor. She presses the mixture into a lined 8x8 baking pan, then chill in the refrigerator while you make the filling. The silky cream cheese filling is then spread over the biscuit crust. Next, melt the Biscoff spread and pour it over the cream cheese. Place the cheesecake in the refrigerator for 5 to 6 hours or overnight to set. Before serving, sprinkle with more lotus cookie crumbs and slice into 12 squares.
