Video of Man's Trip to the 'Oldest Restaurant in Paris' Is Full of So Much History

Traveling is one of the best things to do. It enables you to escape your daily routine and see how other people live. You can take short day trips within your state or a neighboring state. Or you can venture out on a road trip. However, sometimes staying within your country isn’t enough of an adventure. Visiting a foreign country might be what you need right now. If you’re fortunate to be able to hop on a plane and go somewhere, you ensure you taste as many foods as possible. Because we know that food tends to taste better when you’re abroad.

In a TikTok video, content creator @johnsfoodreviews shares his experience at the oldest restaurant in Paris. It’s called Le Procope, and it opened in 1686. Apparently, even Napoleon dined here.

We’re so impressed by Le Procope’s interior and cuisine. Everything he ate looked divine. But we’d really love a plate of the cheese ravioli. The steak and the red fruit sorbet looked delicious too. Let’s see how the TikTok community reacted to this historical restaurant experience. User @HennezzyJ said, “Pasta looks so good.” @BlizTalks wrote, “If it's been open since 1686, it’s gotta be doing something right.” @jouretelballout suggested, “You should have had the Coq au Vin that is their specialty.” @Brooklyn_family1977 replied, “That looks absolutely amazing, but I’m sure the experience was the better part of the meal.”

It seems like a trip to Le Procope is worth it. The food and atmosphere make it worth every cent. We’d love to check it out one day. If you enjoyed the video and want more content, please visit @johnsfoodreviews’ TikTok channel. It’s full of cool content you have to see to believe.
