He adds salt and pepper to the shrimp and then lets those beauties cook in the frying pan for about 2 minutes on each side. Then, he removes the shrimp, adds butter and minced garlic to the pan, and cooks it on low until the butter has turned a blonde shade. He adds white wine, heavy cream, parmesan cheese, and whisks that lovely sauce all together, simmering until it has thickened. He adds in some freshly chopped parsley, and he brings those luscious shrimp back to the frying pan and gets them all coated in that beautiful sauce! Yes, please!
