The ingredients include chopped potato, salt, pepper, grated vegan cheese, and potato starch. They all come together beautifully in her non-stick skillet. She rolls up the Gyeran Mari so well that it looks like a chef made it. She sliced it into pieces and allowed it to cool before eating it.
