This looks so darn delicious! This is a super idea for a party, and if you have vegetarian friends, they'll love you for making this dip. This easy dip starts by smashing together; chickpeas, cream cheese, ranch dressing, hot sauce, and shredded cheese with a pasty cutter. Then she stirs in the riced cauliflower and tops the baking dish with cheese. It goes into the over for 25 minutes at 350 degrees. Wow, this hot dip is quite a looker! We don’t think we will miss the chicken one bit. And what a smart way to add extra veggies to your diet. If you’re still missing the chicken, you could always throw some cooked chicken into this dip, too.
