At what temperature should the oven be set to finish cooking a thick ribeye steak?


I pre-heat my oven to 450 degrees. Oven temperatures can fluctuate quite a bit, so you may need to adjust the heat or vary the cook time. With my oven, just about 90 seconds on each side delivers a medium-rare rib-eye steak.
