Are You Tired of the Same Old Potato Dishes?

While thinking of what I was going to prepare for dinner, I knew I wanted potatoes—but I didn't want any of the same old potato side dishes that I always make. My family loved the recipe I ended up making, and I plan to make it again and again. I hope you enjoy it as much as we do!

Only two things in this world are too serious to be jested on, potatoes and matrimony.

Audrey, I use onions all the time too. Have always loved them. When I was a little girl I would choose sliced onions over candy.

Oh, this recipe is calling to me and sounds so delicious! I don't eat meat so I'm always in the market for great-tasting veggie recipes. I add onions to just about every dish I come up with. They seem to always add a wonderful flavor to most recipes.

Thanks, Susan

Umesh, Yes I suppose they could.

Interesting potato dish. I think those who do not relish parmesan cheese can go for cottage cheese or tofu in it's place.

Anyway thanks for posting.

This sounds delicious and easy to make, with some interesting combination of ingredients. Onion and garlic are almost a regular in my kitchen. But, I haven’t tried the potatoes in this way.

Thanks for sharing this wonderful recipe.

These look yummy Susan. Potatoes are so versatile yet it seems we serve the same recipes over and over. This looks like simple, tasty alternative to the same ole, same ole.
