Pan Fried Grean Beans, so Irresistible
This dish is a major hit with all of my family and friends. These green beans are so easy to make, and everyone is going to love this side dish with a crispy, explosive taste.
- 1 lb fresh green beans
- 2 TBSP olive oil
- 4 pcs bacon, chopped
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1 TBSP chopped onion, may subsitute with about 1/4 real onion chopped
- First chop your bacon in to small pieces. Clean and trim green beans. Then heat oil in medium skillet over medium heat. Add your cleaned beans, bacon pieces, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion.
- Cover the beans and continue to cook for about 10 min. Make sure you toss frequently. You want the green beans to stay crisp, but be cooked all the way through.
- After about 10 minutes, uncover and continue to cook until they start to caramelize. Remove from pan and serve.
