The mung bean sprout is an edible sprout with a crisp texture that is commonly used in East Asian stir-fry dishes. Ever since I was a kid, I've loved these sprouts—not only because they're delicious, but also because they're easy to cultivate.

Egg noodles are also common in East Asian cuisine. These noodles are made with eggs and flour, and they are often considered to be a comfort food.

This is my easy-to-follow recipe for egg noodles with chicken and mung bean sprouts in oyster sauce. You can enjoy this dish as a main course, side dish, or even as a tasty snack.

Hi Liz,

Since I was a kid up to now I'm all grown up, I still prefer to eat chicken than any other meats since it's a much healthier choice. Actually, I find it hard to digest other meats so I prefer to eat fruits, vegetables, chicken, fish, and seafood more often.

Another tasty recipe to add to the collection. Chicken has grown greatly in popularity in the UK during my lifetime due to its relative cheaper cost and its health benefits.
