Ingredients
- 1 cup raw peanuts
- 1 cup water
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp green/mint chutney
- 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
- 1 tsp chaat masala
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 medium potato, boiled and cubed
- 1 medium tomato, chopped
- 1/4 cup pomegranate pearls, plus more for garnish
Instructions
- In a pressure cooker, add the peanuts, water and salt. Close the lid, keep it on medium-high heat, give 2 whistles and then put off the heat.
- Open the cooker when the pressure subsides and strain out the water.
- Transfer the boiled peanuts to a mixing bowl and add the mint chutney, red chilli powder and chaat masala. Stir until well combined.
- Add the chopped onion, potato and tomato as well as the pomegranate pearls, saving a little for garnishing.
- Mix well, garnish with the remaining pomegranate pearls and serve.
